The Global Health PhD Network is a group of PhD students with an interest in global health research. The Network exists to connect PhD students from the three Colleges across the University of Edinburgh and equip them to develop key networks and skills for global health research and public engagement. This is the forum where you may find students of linguistics, public health, economics, literature, engineering and veterinary medicine discussing and responding to global health challenges relevant to doctoral research. This is the forum where iron sharpens iron. We look forward to introducing an exciting calendar of events including academic networking, global research collaboration training, and fieldwork support. There will also be opportunities to hear the perspectives of students on the current research of Network members from diverse academic disciplines.
